Drop-In Programming

Splash n Play

An ideal time for parents with children under the age of 10, avoid the crowds and lines  while the activity pool is open just for you.  Other areas of the facility are closed during this special program.  This very popular program is limited to the first 100 participants each day. Drop-in format, discounted rate for season pass holders

Price: $5 per child, $4 for season pass holders, parent/guardians are free

Dates: Monday and Wednesdays 9:00-11:30am, June 2 through August 6, not offered July 4

 

River Walking

Do you swim upstream? This is your opportunity to walk against the current in our lazy river. This is a great way to test your balance and strength in a low-impact way. Work at your own pace, no instructor to lead you but lifeguards to watch you progress over the course of the season.  Drop-in format, discounted rate for season pass holders

Price: $5 per visit, $4 for season pass holders

Time: 9:30-11:30am and 7:15-8:30pm

Dates: Monday and Wednesday June 2 through August 6, not offered June 30 or July 2

 

 

Session Registration Programming

Group Swim Lessons
Bring your children ages 6 months and up to the Bay Water Park for group swim lessons. We have levels available for beginners to pre-swim team. Classes are 30 minutes in length. Pre-registration is required.
Price: $50 per person / $40 for season pass holders
Dates: Monday-Thursday
Session 1: June -12
Session 2: June 16-26
Session 3: July 7-17
Session 4: July 21-July 31
9:15 am – 9:45am, 10:00 am – 10:30 or 10:45 am – 11:15 am

 

Private Swimming Lessons

Private lessons offer the greatest flexibility.  Your one-on-one private lesson includes four 30-minute classes with a trained instructor. Lessons are customized to meet the needs of everyone, including infants, children, adults and seniors. Pre-registration is required.

Price: $18 each or 4/$60, sorry no discounts for season pass holders

 

Junior LifeGUARD: Youth ages 10 to 15 are exposed to lifeguarding techniques, first aid, and CPR training. Leadership and responsibility are emphasized while learning the skills to become lifeguard certified. Ability to swim 50 meters and submerge underwater are required.  4 hours of job shadowing of current lifeguards when available. Successful completion of the Junior LifeGUARD program results in a FREE certification class prior to the 2014 summer.  Prizes for completing, competing and attending the entire program.  Class length is 75 minutes. Pre-registration is required.

GUARD Learn to Swim: Do you know how to swim?  How about swimming to the bottom of the pool for a dive ring or diving off the diving board?  This class is designed for those age 10 and older and offers beginner through intermediate swimming skills taught in a small class environment.  This class is ideal for the middle or high school student interested in learning basic and safe swimming skills.  Class length is 30 minutes. Pre-registration is required.
